Terms and Conditions

I. General

1. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) exclusively govern the business relations between us and our customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Our GTC are deemed accepted upon receipt, delivery, or order. They also apply to ongoing business relationships.
3. Our offers are non-binding. Technical specifications and descriptions in brochures or other information are non-binding.
4. Amendments to these GTC require written form.
5. The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the others.
6. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
7. The rights of our customers under the contract are not transferable.

II. Retention of Title

1. The delivered goods from this contract and any subsequent transactions remain our property until final payment. This applies even if individual deliveries have already been paid for.

III. Revocation, Warranty, Liability

1. Right of Revocation

– Revocation Instruction –

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. The right of revocation does not apply to contracts – for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

IV. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of this contract, including these regulations, are or become invalid in whole or in part, or if this contract contains a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall not be affected thereby. In place of the invalid or missing provisions, the respective statutory provisions shall apply.

The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform), available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
